Common things

• A link stopped working. The creator probably unpublished it. Ask them to publish again — the link stays the same.
• My game didn’t generate. Technical failures return your credit automatically. Try again; if it fails twice, email us with the time it happened.
• I want a game taken down. Use the report action in the player’s overflow menu, or emailalexwohl1@aol.com. Severe reports are handled first.
• Delete my account. In the app: You → Delete account. It removes your games, drafts and photos.
• Purchases and refunds. Purchases go through the App Store; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore purchases lives in You.
