Using Memcade
Memcade lets you create casual mini-games from prompts and photos and share them as links. You need to be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You give us the licence we need to store, process and display it in order to run the service — including showing your published games to anyone you share the link with. You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload.
What isn’t allowed
The community standards page sets out what we remove. In short: nothing sexual involving minors, no targeted harassment, no threats, no hate, no impersonation, no doxxing, no non-consensual intimate imagery.
Purchases
Credits and subscriptions are sold through the App Store. Credits do not expire. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you cancel through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend an account that repeatedly breaks these terms; we will tell you why and how to appeal.
